Finding Sympathy.

SYNOPSIS:

Revisiting the 2013 auto-ethnographic play Finding Sympathy by PhD candidate Ella Daly.

This play is a deeply personal exploration of family, relationships and objects. In this iteration, 8 years after the original production, the character of 'Ella' is performed by Ailish McDonagh and directed by Chloe Naomi

The reading will be streamed over Zoom at 3pm and will be followed by a post show panel discussion on contemporary Irish female playwrights performing their own story.
